Washington Park in Denver, Colorado is lovingly referred to as Wash Park by the locals. The area is divided into two neighborhood sections: Wash Park and Wash Park West. Wash Park neighborhood is bordered by Downing St, Alameda Ave, University Blvd, and I-25. Wash Park West neighborhood is bordered by Broadway, Alameda, Downing, and I-25.

In the summer, the park has elaborate decorative flower beds open to the public that rival the Denver Botanic Gardens' flower displays. It's truly an awe inspiring sight to see in July and August--be sure to bring your camera! Encompassing 165 acres of land including 54 flowerbeds, Washington Park is Denver's most beloved park. There is paddle boating, a 2.6 mile jogging path, tennis courts, playground equipment, a recreation center, croquet court and three bodies of water. A varied, rolling landscape and mature trees make this the area epicenter to Wash Park West and Wash Park neighborhoods.

The Denver Wash Park neighborhood is one of the most desirable and sought after areas to live. You'll typically see high end, million dollar homes mixed with mid-priced gems making a mix of historic treasures and new builds.
